The Songs Lyrics History
Song lyrics are known since the very beginning of song writing in ancient times. Mayan people have written lyrics on stones, for songs dedicated to gods and performed on rituals. Then in ancient Egypt lyrics have been found on papyrus sheets which represented songs that ancient pharaohs wanted to listen, and also song lyrics dedicated to Amon Ra the Egyptian god of the sun. With the appearance of computers, internet, mp3 players etc, lyrics have made yet another revolution in song writing and music it's self.
