MTV caught up with actress Lucy Hale who has revealed that she is working with Kristian Bush of Sugarland fame on her first upcoming country album. "We have a week off from ['Pretty Little Liars'] and I'm flying to Atlanta to write with Kristian Bush from Sugarland," Hale shared. “They're the biggest country band out there and I don't even know how I got that. I don't even know! I got an email about it and it was obviously a no-brainer."
Aside from learning that Hale plans to get a few hit making pointers from Sugarland, the young star also dropped the news that she could possibly team up with the same producers who worked with singer Adele. "I think I'm working with some people who have worked with Adele, which is really cool, although she's not country. It's sort of a lot of writers and producers who don't do a lot of country, so it's going to be a good mixture," she told the music outlet. Adding, "It's going to be interesting, in a good way!"
In other news, Hale has also thrown her hat in the ring when it comes to the upcoming adaption of Fifty Shades of Grey. The twenty-three year old says that she's ready to lose her wholesome demeanor and take on a riskier role as the leading character Anastasia Steele.
