Actress Miley Cyrus has been at it once again. This time the former ‘Hannah Montana’ star has added a new tattoo to her collection of ever increasing body art, a quote from President Theodore Roosevelt. According to E! Online, Cyrus was more than happy to show it off.
The newly engaged star’s tattoo is located on her left forearm and reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." The new image was spotted on the daughter of Billy Ray when she was leaving her Pilates class that she attends in West Hollywood.
Previously addressing questions surrounding her love of tattoo’s, Miley shared, "It really doesn't hurt if you're thinking about the meaning. I could never get a meaningless tattoo, but I think that if you're doing something that's important, that's significant in your life, it takes some of the pain away."
Miley must have been inspired by the quote that was taken from the late President's speech he made at the Sorbonne, Paris, back on April 23, 1910. The singer also has tattoos of the word "love" on her ear in honor of her close friend who died of cystic fibrosis, as well as a tiny equal sign that is located on the inside of her right ring finger.
